Pyrgos 1869 is a fully furnished stand-alone house, offering up to 4 guests a comfortable stay. It's the ideal place to stay for visitors seeking relaxing surroundings and stunning views.

The fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, WC, and living room are all located on the ground floor. The latter is furnished with an exceptionally comfortable and tasteful COCO-MAT sofa, carefully crafted with natural materials. The living room window overlooks the furnished terrace - a great spot to enjoy one's morning coffee or evening refreshments.

On the mezzanine, set within the arched stone-ceiling and accessed by the wooden staircase, is a sleeping area furnished with two single COCO-MAT beds. The master bedroom, located on the floor above, can be reached from the mezzanine by the stone staircase carved into the wall. The master bedroom is equipped with a COCO-MAT double bed, an impressive armoire, and an ensuite bathroom. The room opens out onto a furnished terrace and a wooden balcony, offering expansive views of the picturesque town of Gythion and the blue sea of the Laconic Bay.

The cellar was originally a cistern used to collect rainwater.
